RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS
REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
Tony Barlow Fine Tailoring is committed to complying with the applicable legislation, including the Australian Consumer Law and this returns policy does not exclude or limit your rights under the applicable legislation.
CHANGE OF MIND FOR ONLINE PURCHASE
We pride ourselves on our quality and fit at Tony Barlow Fine Tailoring. If you are unhappy with your online purchase for any reason or you have simply changed your mind, Tony Barlow Fine Tailoring will happily either accept exchange of your purchase or return the full price on unworn merchandise on receipt of the item with a copy of your online purchase receipt. This will occur within 14 days of the invoice date and otherwise in accordance with this returns policy.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Our team will assess your eligibility for a return and provide you with a Return Form.
To be eligible for a return, your items must:
- Have all original tags attached
- Have not been worn, used, washed or damaged
- Be returned with a copy of the receipt
- Be returned with a Return Form provided by our Returns Officer
- Be returned within 14 days of invoice date (after which they will not be accepted)
Also, please note that:
- In-store gift cards cannot be returned. They are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Online purchases cannot be returned in store.
- Unless faulty, sale items can be exchanged but not refunded

Please ensure all returns are sent via registered post and keep a copy of your tracking number, as we cannot be held liable for return parcels that do not arrive.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, your credit will be duly processed.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
